Bulk Upload Completion Request

Would it be possible to please update the Bulk Import Completions to use the Login Name or Email address NOT the Learner UUID?

It is a very cumbersome process to have to create the .csv file to bulk upload with the learner UUID especially when our managers do not have access to the User Listing Report.
