Site Setting /Configuration Audit Report

We would like to have a site setting /site configuration audit report. Something that allows Site admins to be able to run a report on which settings are turn on and which one are turned off and which site admin that actually changed the setting. The reason is that there is a lot of setting in the system and someone might turn something off /on for a reason and it affects functionality so an audit report will be good. It also allow Learning admins to keep track of additional setting that have been added and initial turned off might make sense to turn on.

  • Sylvia, this is such a great idea and something that I would think should be easy to generate. We could make this part of their documentation as we close out implementation projects. Not to mention this would provide the client with a comprehensive list of all settings, without the browsing through the menu system.

    Thank you for your suggestion. We are considering audit report for site settings that will show current settings and any recent changes made and by whom. Stay tuned in 2025.

  • Oh that is a superb Idea Sylvia from a security perspective of the system to have audit report, would create accountability to Site Admins. when changes are made.
