What: Admin Override Undo

Why: Incorrect course marked complete/incorrect date indicated

Impact: Specific courses within our Percipio platform earn a wage increase, marking the incorrect course could potentially indicate to HR to perform a wage adjustment for someone that was not earned.

Example: Course (Live Course) marked complete earns a wage increase, however we intercept it and tell HR to ignore data item on report. The learner then completes the course, but since it is already complete, it will not show in report for HR to give wage increase and after discovery we'll need to attempt to back pay learner for missing wage increase.

Incorrect dates uploaded have affected our learning journey we created.

Example: courses we have bulk uploaded have an incorrect year of 2027 and are a part of a learning journey that we track with analytics. Now anytime someone completes the journey that the courses are a part of, it marks the journey complete with the year 2027. This negatively impacts our data showing how many people have completed a journey within our timeframe during the next 3 years and will also impact our metrics for 2027. We will be inaccurate for as long as the date is incorrect. This also affects reports run by our HR department to give wage increases based on the journey.

Another impact of having an overridden course dated in the future, is that you will continually receive a notification of completing a course badge every couple of days, until that date has passed. In our case until 2027.
