A message system/Notification system that allows admins to post messages to their students that appears on the home page.

For example:

When courses are unavailable, they would like to be able to put a message on the home page letting the students know.

    Thank you for the great feedback @Annette Law We are working on solution to allow designing of custom landing pages next year and this feels like a great org message that can be added for better visibility to learners
