Add the 'Direct Manager' detail column to the report 'Assignment Detail by User Report’

As a standard report, we can not add the manager detail to the report 'Assignment Detail by User Report’.

This is useful for massive teams, where managers are crucial in tracking and pushing learners to complete trainings.
