Performing reports on Excel

Some columns of our reports can not be performed by excel due to the format.

For example, in Journey Detail by User report admins can't perform any calculation as it's a mix of numbers and letter.

    I second this. I'd be great to have this field as a total number of hours (and as a decimal for partial hours) instead of a text field, so we can perform calculations on how many hours of learning have been completed.

    Hey @Alex De Andrade thank you for passing this us. We are currently upgrading our Journey reports and as part of that, we will give learning hours in excel friendly format as have in the Detailed activity report. Stay tuned it will live soon.
