Assigning Channels while publishing content

Allow the Admin to assign Channels while loading and publishing custom content. It is a waste of steps and time to go find a channel and then load the content to that channel especially when a single content is being assigned to multiple channels.

Proposed solution: Allow admins to select the channels that the content should be associated with at the custom content creation level, and also the channel level.

Hi @Brent Alfalla and thank you for your suggestion. It is possible to include the channel title in the import file for linked content only, but then there is a publish step that must occur for the channel.

We are in full agreement that the process for adding content, putting in a channel and publishing both can be streamlined significantly. We will be looking for UX solutions in the coming months so please stay tuned.
