Introduction of the Switch User Feature

Dear Team,

If its possible, a feature can be added in Percipio to will enable Administrators to switch to other learner profiles. This will allow admins to experience what learners experience and aid in providing additional support as they see exactly what the learner sees.

As an example, a learner may report challenges such as inability to click on a course OR clicking the start button. If an admin can switch to the learners profile and is able to click on the same course OR click the start button, the admin will be confident to inform the learner that its a challenge associated with the learners system or network.

I look forward to including this feature to ease the administration of Percipio as I have received this feedback from quite a umber of client admins.
