Audience Creation

I would like to create an audience from an existing audience to minimize audience editing. For example, if I create 3 separate audiences, 1 for Associate, 1 for Lead, and 1 for General Managers, I would then like to create a grouped audience of managers that includes the Lead and General Managers audiences.

When an update is needed to the Lead audience, I would only have to edit the Lead audience and it would update that one and the grouped audience.
