Automated User Import Failure/Success - enhanced success/failure information
Hi there, it would be nice to have an improved or more robust panel for Percipio Admin's in relation to the Percipio automated sFTP import. Our logs do indicate the point of failures (but are only readable by Skillsoft Support in most instances) but there is nothing client-facing within a portal or admin viewpoint that helps them easily assess this and make adjustments. As an example, if their file is delivered late, we can offer email notice(s) and log(s) in-directory (even those notifications are not in plain, understandable verbiage, it could be improved to clarify the error AND solution), but nothing admin-facing that clearly articulates a problem and also the solution (late file = adjust your scheduler, etc).
More visibility on automated imports, and associated errors/failures/successes encountered would be appreciated by many clients, who otherwise feel their only visibility on the issue is engaging Customer Support.
As the current user import(s) area only shows successes, and report(s), does not show when a failure event happens. Thank you!
