Customer has been asked to extract details for users showing all courses/learning assigned to them even if there has not been any activity - do any of the APIs return this?

    This assignment by detail reporting. You can schedule the report to be delivered to SFTP site but I do not believe it is available via Reporting API. We will consider these for future API updates.
