Ability to indicate equivalencies for content items for assignment and completions

There are a number of different journeys that we have created for our programs that some times require make up work (ex. vILT training - if it is missed they have to watch a video or participate in a different webinar). Rather than having to do an Admin Override or Waiver for each instance if we could set up equivalencies between different content items or directly within the journey it would be very helpful.
