Emails to Supervisors

Percipio is currently sending emails to supervisors to notify them of employees under their supervision who have not completed their training on time. However, there are instances where supervisors receive emails indicating no overdue training, resulting in a blank list. I believe this practice is excessive and requires attention, particularly for my organization. I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

  • @Dedric if you create a custom Supervisor email for only status = Overdue, send when the learners were "Due in last [x] days", where you can specify the number of days. Our default emails look back to learners "due in past 30 days". If your company is using our standard Supervisor emails (not custom), there are 3 data sets included - learners complete in past 30 days; learners due within next 30 days, and learners overdue in past 30 days. If the have simply hidden the sections of that email for the completed in past 30 and due in next 30, there may still be learners in those categories that are triggering the email.

I would recommend you reach out to Skillsoft Customer Support to walk through your Supervisor Email configuration and see if the standard email case is causing the issue, and if a custom email could resolve it. https://support.skillsoft.com/admin/
