A customer is requesting for an enhancement for ease of use for particularly when de-registering for and ILT, it would be helpful to have an info/tip that prompts them to find and register alternative classes as needed.

    @Kath Bullas Thanks for the feedback. Can you please confirm if this is when user de-registers as a learner? While cancelling registration from live course calendar, we display all the future classes that are available for registration with a Register button against each of them. Any additional details on what's learner missing in this workflow will help

    Hi @Harish Chavali , yes this is when users deregister for an ILT class. The customer mentioned creating a job aid to assist with directing learners to look at future alternative classes to register to.
