Admin setting to set site language

Customers deploying Percipio in non-english speaking countries would like to set the learner UI language to the local language instead of English as this would assist early adoption .

    Hi @Mike Wells - It's expected that Percipio will use the learner's browser language unless/until the learner changes it within Percipio. Perhaps an admin setting for the default welcome message language would also be helpful, since the learner's language may not be known?
