Improved Filtering Options

  • View Data by Coaches: Filter and view data categorized by coaches to gain deeper insights into their impact and performance.
  • Streamlined Pages for Better Usability
  • Unified Metrics: Perform a more holistic analysis of learners and coaches with a combined, comprehensive view of the Learner Metrics and Coach Metrics pages.
  • Detailed User Information: In the user details section, you can now see all the coaches paired with your learners, making it easier to understand the support each learner.
  • NPS Reports: View NPS questions, number of ratings, and performance category splits for your platform, coaches, and organization. You will find these on the dashboard by filtering to coaches and on the Impact page.
  • Coach Bio: Access bios of all coaches who have worked with your learners in an updated layout similar to the learner experience during pairing.
