Driving Percipio Engagement in your Organisation

I've recently started looking after the Percipio platform in my organisation. From looking at reporting there are some areas that don't use it as much. Does anyone in the community have suggestions on how I can drive more engagement to the platform please?

  • We the (Learning & Leadership) team have a standing relationship with our Marketing department. We partner on organization objectives using Percipio as the gateway. It could be highlighting a new custom on-demand course, explaining how to register for a live training class, pointing them to leadership resources in Global Communications, etc.

    We also use Percipio as a screensaver at times to highlight our custom product training that's available. We as a team are conditioned that whenever we talk to a team member, we find a way to mention and self-market Percipio.

    As Regan mentioned, we also worked with our CSM to hold quarterly, yet targeted Maximizing Percipio sessions and that was a hit, specifically for managers. We are very compliance-heavy as an organization so removing the "compliance cap" so to speak and revealing soft skills training and resources, especially the AI content was a hit.

    We use flyers and posters throughout our locations (breakrooms, hallway posters, etc.) placing them in high-traffic common areas.

    We as a team had to look outside of system-related notifications as a tool for promotion and really champion offline which has helped us tremendously.
