Increase Rate Limit to 100 requests/20 seconds

The current rate limit of 25 requests / 15 seconds on a unique account's rest api is extremely limiting for large organizations like ours. We have 12,000 employees and it's very common for us to have 50 or more requests at once. If you do not want to do this for all clients, can you figure out a way to allow large organizations options for coding other thresholds? Thank you!
