Customize SAML response / Internal Server Error message
Client that is currently using SSO to access Percipio would like to be able to customize the "Internal Server Error" message user receive when learners that do not have an account attempt to login via SSO. Per the client:
"Currently Percipio is only available to some of our employees. Those that do not have accounts sometime try to access it, and when they do they receive an "Internal Server Error". Is it possible to change this to read that it is a permissions issue? The current error is confusing and employees think there is something wrong with the system, when the real issue is that they do not have a license to access the site."
