Leadership Assessment

It would be helpful to have a built-in leadership assessment so a manager could evaluate their overall leadership skills and then be directed to specific Skillsoft content that would enable the learner to develop and enhance their leadership core competency skills.  This approach would differ from the Benchmark Experience, in that it would provide an overall assessment of (say 10-12) of the most important leadership core competencies in one assessment.
