Course Information / Details

Admin would love if you could click on the title of a course in Percipio without it launching/starting it. They would like if the user could review the course details/sections without officially starting it.

Agreed!!! We have also requested this to be changed! Learners should be able to see the entire course description off the search results page, and the course shouldn't automatically launch when clicking on the title.

I agree as well.  Often clicking on a course title to read the full description is a huge help for our managers, admins, and learners just to learn more about the course itself and determine if worth sharing with others.  Regardless of what they decide, the course is added to the Resume Learning carousel and becomes part of their transcript or Activity list which is not ideal.

Thank you all for the feedback. We agree that this is not ideal and have added this to our list of items to address in 2022.

I agree as well! I came to this site to specifically request this update and was happy to see that others agree. It's unfortunate that the only way a learner can see all the course details & completion status is either by clicking on the course-specific link or through the channel. Even in the search, you cannot see the entire course descriptions or completion status. Please make this a priority as it's a simple, but meaningful enhancement to improve the end user experience. We find that people are less likely to access our custom content as they are not sure what the course is and/or if they have already completed it.
