In My Profile/My Account Information/Password, there is a link to "Create password via email" - can this be changed to a toggle in admin so it can be disabled?

Under Email Address, there is a link to "Change Email Address" which is greyed out. Can this be changed to a toggle in admin so the link can be enabled?

    @Tracey Taylor "Create password via email" is provided for SSO customers if their learners want to create Percipio direct login. I am guessing the use case here is not let the user to have Percipio direct account?
    Also, "Change email address" is greyed out in case SSO enabled orgs because if the learners change their email address in Percipio alone, it could lead the email address to go out of sync.
