Certificate Customization

While we have been able to customize the colors and add branding to the completion certificate, we would like to be able to change the color of the seal in the bottom right corner. I recognize that Skillsoft may want to control the color options. If so, allowing it to be black, light gray, medium gray or blue (current) would be good options.
