Delegate Access - Managers Can Add Team to Live ILT Sessions

Managers in my organization would like to enroll their team members in live sessions. Use case - we have warehouse employees without access to a computer. It would be nice if managers can enroll their people which would also take some of the administrative burden off of the trainer of the session.
