Additional Sorting Options for Sets

Support has received a suggestion to add additional sorting options to personal learning sets (such as sorting them alphabetically, etc.) Currently users can only re-organize sets by manually moving items up or down one position at a time, and the user has noted that this can be time consuming in cases where they have many sets.
