Configure Email Optional Course Completion Notifications

We are rolling out initiatives around custom content and one of our site admins is requesting the ability to send "course complete" notifications to the employee's manager.

Each new employee will be working with their trainer in an OJT setting where they need to be certified for each task.  Part of the certification is demonstrating the task, but part is passing a quiz that will eventually be in Percipio.  Instead of the manager constantly having to inquire about the score/completion, it would be nice if they could get an email that notes their score upon completion.

    Good news! Emails aren't needed in this case because the admins can go into the system and get this information at any time. 

    You can run LAR, select course and the audience you want to see from the global filter, and run the report, you will see first, last and highest score for each user-course assessment along with the # of assessment attempts from the report.

    One tip would be to set a reminder on your calendar to do this on whatever schedule you prefer if that's needed. Enjoy!
