NEW SOLUTIONS TO HELP YOU MEASURE AND REINFORCE LEARNING

We continually release new features and enhancements based on your feedback and ideas. We want to call out a few noteworthy items for you here. You can review the complete list of changes in the May Release Notes.

CUSTOMIZE THE INTERVAL BETWEEN RETAKES FOR SKILL BENCHMARKS
Skill Benchmark assessments provide learners a way to gauge their level of proficiency with a particular skill. After taking the initial diagnostic, learners can focus on weaker areas and then retake the assessment as many times as they want until they gain the highest level of proficiency. You can now customize how long the learner must wait before they can retake the assessment. You can change the default from 30 days to a minimum of 14 days or a maximum of 365 days.

When the specified amount of time has passed, Percipio sends the learner a reminder to retake the skill benchmark assessment to improve their score.

A LOOK AT WHAT’S COMING IN JUNE:
A MORE FLEXIBLE ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR LEARNERS
To remove barriers for those eager to launch assignments and explore what's in the platform, first-time users are no longer required to select the skills they're interested in learning. Later, when they're ready, learners may personalize their choices either from the Skills page, located under the My Profile menu, or through the new home page banner, "Let us personalize your experience." Stay tuned for more details about this new option over the next 30 days.
