PROPEL YOUR ORGANIZATION AND PEOPLE TO GROW TOGETHER

We continually release new features and enhancements based on your feedback and ideas. We want to share some recent additions with you here. You can review the complete list of changes in the June 5 Release Notes.

NEW RECOMMENDATION STRIP ON THE HOME PAGE — TOP PICKS FOR YOUR ROLE

The new recommendation strip makes it easier for learners to discover relevant content associated with their role. When learners select a role, they will see this recommendation strip, which includes separate tabs for each modality. By selecting the information icon, learners can find the skills aligned with the recommendations. The skills change weekly to ensure content recommendations stay relevant to support learners’ growth and development.

NOTIFICATIONS NOW AVAILABLE FOR RETIRED CONTENT

When learners launch a course that will retire within the next 90 days, the platform generates a message informing them about the course retirement. The modal provides links to other courses learners can take if replacement content exists. If learners launch a course that is retiring from within an assignment, journey, or channel, they will only see the modal indicating when the course will retire.

REPORTING UPDATES

You now see the following enhancements to the reporting experience:

  • The platform now counts the time learners spend in knowledge checks and taking assessments in online courses toward the overall learning time calculations for reports.
  • The User Summary and User Listing template reports now contain three new columns for a job role, job title, and direct manager. Additionally, they have new columns that indicate the exact time of an event.
  • When you access the All reports page, you will see a new Activity section that contains some of the user reports explicitly related to learning activity.

A REMINDER OF WHAT’S COMING SOON — MOTIVATE YOUR PEOPLE WITH LEADERBOARDS

Once available, the Leaderboard seeks to drive participation in skilling programs to improve the success of strategic transformation projects. The experience lets learners compare their skilling activities with their peers, including digital badges earned and course completions, and participate in friendly competition.

The system enables leaderboards by default for all learners with at least one completion. You can locate the leaderboard configuration settings from Settings --> Engagement and Notification --> Leaderboards.

Access the solution sheet for Leaderboards to learn more.
