NEW! SKILLSOFT CAISYTM AI CONVERSATION SIMULATOR
Skillsoft CAISY™ enables learners to practice important business conversations with an AI-powered trainer in a safe space and receive immediate personalized feedback to guide their development. Learners can select from a range of real-world business scenarios like providing constructive feedback to an employee, giving a sales pitch, talking to an upset customer, leading a product launch discussion, and more. By designing learning experiences that go beyond formal training and give learners the opportunity to practice and apply their skills in real-world relevant situations, organizations can prepare their employees to have effective business conversations, driving positive behavioral change and a stronger sense of company culture.
You can manage, promote, and monitor this content the same way that you do with other content assets in Skillsoft Percipio.
If you have the Expert collection or Skillsoft Leadership Development Program, you can now make CAISY content visible to learners by turning on the Content that is generated by Skillsoft's AI simulator setting. Before taking this step, please go through all our interaction and security FAQs.

- Top skills related to their current role, along with content recommendations for acquiring those skills.
- A range of skill benchmarks that learners can use to identify and address skill gaps.
