What's the #1 thing you've seen positively impact a learning culture? A partner and I were talking about transforming a learning culture, would love to hear your tips or success stories! Could be executive sponsorship, 'roadshows' - anything goes.

Champions in the organisation has been a huge game-changer for many of the organisations I've worked with (and in) when impacting learning culture. From champions at the exec level (sponsoring and advocating) to the grass roots users. Vox pops with quotes from super users is also helpful for showing how learning can be part of everyday working. I'm sure others will have lots to share too but these were the most tangible ways I've seen a learning culture to develop.

Creating informal events where employees at all levels can come together and connect on relevant and timely subjects (i.e. resilience, coaching, wellness etc.). Lunch and learns that are recorded make it easy for employees to get quick learning on the go throughout their work day.-------------------------------------------
