Can anyone share how they are socializing or promoting each month's Off the Shelf feature in Percipio? Where do you keep the discussion questions and facilitator's guide?

Some customers have delegated the ownership of the book club away to other parts of the organization. They achieved this by sharing the book club URL - OFF THE SHELF , which has all of our book club selections with discussion questions. This is usually championed by someone who was just interested. Other times its a professional development opportunity for a high potential employee with a love of books. Can anyone share how they are socializing or promoting each month's Off the Shelf feature in Percipio?
