Automatic restart of a course
Hello,
Our learners are having great difficulties understanding about having to restart a course that was previously completed. We have modified processes, sent communication through multiple channels, offered in-person help sessions, but the issue still persists.
In Skillport, we were able to launch a completed custom course and automatically the completion would show the new date.
Is it possible to have the same feature in Percipio?

More specifically, I believe this is related to enabling an AUTOMATED restart like we can with specific Compliance Content. The learners here are confused with having to select the dots and CHOOSE to restart a course.

100 % Agreed! I'm so happy there is multi-completions available however, the function to restart a completed course needs to be more prominent for the end-user. Having this "hidden" within the 3 dots is not intuitive to the learner. We have this same issue and results in having to manually update training records!

Yes. We have to manually update a lot of completions, in multiple systems as well. Not to mention that the majority are compliance courses and people need an updated certificate, without having to take the course multiple times. Even having a "Restart" button rather than a "Launch" button might help. We added a custom policy, steps in the description of the course, and even a slide at the beginning of the course, but there are still too many people who need to take the course multiple times. and they are not happy…
