Assignment Content Progression

In Skillsoft curated courses with multiple content items, the learner is moved from one content item to the next without having to return to their assignment dashboard to access the next content item in the assignment. Would like custom built courses to do the same. Learners often miss the 2nd, 3rd, etc. items in an assignment because they do not return to their assignment dashboard. They are then confused when the notification email arrives stating they didn't complete the course.
