Learning Program Reports and Audience Administrator
- Learning Program learning progress Percentage in Reports:
Currently, the Learning Program Report displays the program status (Achieved, Started, and Not Started) but does not provide the percentage of completion for each user. However, this information is visible within the respective learning program. We request you to incorporate the completion percentage directly into the Learning Program Reports. This enhancement will offer a clearer overview at a glance.
2. Detailed Learning Program Reports:
To better track progress and pinpoint gaps, we need a detailed report for learning programs. For example, if a program consists of four courses and Person A has completed 80%, the report should display the status and completion percentage for each course. This will help us identify which courses are pending.We suggest adding this feature to the Analytics -> All Reports section, like "Detailed Learning Program Summary Report by User."
3. Audience Administrator Access to Learning Programs:
At present, only the launch person can access the learning program. However, there is no provision for an audience administrator to manage the program. We request the addition of an "Audience Administrator" role for learning programs. This will ensure continuity and ease of tracking in the absence of the launch person.
