Role Advisor as a true Career Catalog

We are currently building out a career catalog in SharePoint where an employee can look, at their current role, and all the competencies, KSA's, and Trainings (Virtual, Online, ILT's, etc.) needed to be successful in their current role. It is our vision that the employee can then look at other roles that they would like to grow into and have a career path/plan on what they already have (training/competencies/etc.) and highlighting what they need in order to be ready for that role of choice.

I see that Role Advisor has some functionality… but what would be cool if there was the ability for Ai to display all that we are working on accomplishing… plus the courses they have already completed from transcripts, and recommend optional pathways (maybe by selectable desire-able length of time they desire courses completion). Aggregate all learnings (including custom courses we add as well as ILT).

That one-stop-shop would help our people

    Also… does role advisor also pull from our self-created content/journeys/ILT's etc. or just from the Skillsoft catalog?
