Individual External Learning Input

Adins once were able to input an individual external course for a learner to be reflected in their training record. Now the only option is for bulk uploads. I would like this function to be added back for Admins. Learners are able to add External Trainings to their training records and for smaller departments the bulk upload function is cumbersome.

This was the direction on the Help page provided for the process that is no longer available:

  1. Access External Learning Management:
    • From the left navigation bar, select Learning > External Learning.
  2. Add External Learning:
    • Click on Add External Learning.
    • Enter the required information for the external learning item, including:
      • Asset Title: The title of the external learning item.
      • Category Type: The type of external learning (e.g., course, seminar).
      • Completion Date: The date the learner completed the external learning.
      • Total Learning Hours (Seconds): The duration of the learning in seconds.
      • Source Name: The provider or source of the external learning.
      • Asset Type: The format of the learning material (e.g., video, document).
      • Status: The completion status of the learning item.
  3. Assign to Learner:
    • Specify the learner by entering one of the following unique identifiers:
      • External User ID
      • Login Name
      • Email Address
  4. Save the Entry:
    • After entering all necessary information, click Save to add the external learning record to the learner's profile.

This process ensures that the external training is accurately recorded in the learner's activity history within Percipio.
