CAISY Coach Voice

Lloyds Banking Group have asked if we have any plans to enhance the quality of the voice the coach uses in CAISY? They have had learner feedback that the current voice is quite robotic and has a distinct American accent.

Their Learning Team also use another popular AI video platform and they have fed back the voice quality in that tool is significantly more advanced than our CAISY voice.

    Hi @Julian Gordon We do not have adding voices in our near roadmap. We have not received this feedback from any other customers. We will wait for more feedback on voices before prioritising it. Can they share which tool they are using that has advanced voice and tone?
