It would be great if we were able to extract the roles that people have selected (and potentially how they are linked to skills) as a means to anticipate skill development focus in the future. This feature could compliment or succeed the Top Skills Interested and Top Searched Items dashboards.

This intelligence would help organisations shift towards the skill-based view of the world in a more proactive way.
