Ability to schedule archive date on Assignments in Assignment workflow

Hi Team. It would be great if we could schedule archive dates for Assignments when we create them. It would need to be edited just in case the date needs to be changed, but it would help a whole lot with overall site governance if we could do this up front.

    @Beth Rhodes That's a great suggestion! I agree that it should be an optional field for admins to choose, but if they think that the admin need not be active after a certain date, they can always choose it upfront or update later. We will definitely consider this
