Moving learners to waitlist in live course

Hello,

Is it possible to enable admins to move/add/register learners to the waitlist? This will allow our admins to grant a spot for the specific people they need to train, but also have a list of people who could be added to the class if a space becomes available if one of the specific persons cannot attend.
