More reminder email options for Learning Programs

Right now you can only select once a week or once every two weeks for reminder emails. Assignments have more customization options. It would be helpful for Learning Programs to have those same options.

    Thank you for your feedback @Samantha Brewer We have been considering enhancements to assignment and program email reminders. We are not sure about the timelines yet
