Client request for a CSV report on learner achievements
I would like to submit a use case for a report I can’t find.
When I access My achievements page, I can see my badges, certificates and completions.
Clicking each one, gives me the details. This means that the system can associate the user with each item and each item with a subject, topic or skill.
Use case: We would like to build a Power BI dashboard that would display:
- The distribution of certificates/badges/completions by skills in the organization.
- Combining our user data with certificates/badges/completions by skills, we could filter by OU, cost center or manager to find out potential “experts” or at least people with certain knowledge.
Also, if there is a way to collect data on certifications preparation/completion, it would be even better!

Hey @Kimmie by next quarter we are planning to roll out a new certification dashboard which also factors in the skill areas. Today in production in the detailed activity report we have the content grouping filter where you select a specific skill areas/subject then export the data in CSV.
