Providing % of actual returner data
I am currently doing a rather manual process to calculate how many individuals return to our site monthly. Although the Executive Dashboard attempts to provide a percentage of returners, but it is inaccurate. The number reported as "total active users" reflects both active and inactive users. For example if I want to examine the month of November, the total active users is reported as 8,694, which is certainly not how many licenses we have currently issued -it is closer to 5,000). It is also reported that our total number of visitors for Nov is 906; thus, about 11% of visitors returned. This percentage is off because the total active number of users does not reflect the actual licenses consumed. To get an accurate number of visitors, I have to manually run a license consumption report. Can we please add a feature that reports actual returner percentages that we can customize with time periods.

Hey @Mackenzie Bristow Thank you for passing this to us. The active user count we show on the executive dashboard is for time period you selected, that means, if in November one user active for one day then it got inactive we still count that user. For visiting learner percentage we have a story in our backlog to update the logic which is going to be implemented soon

@Sanjeeb Sahu Yes, I understand what the current numbers represent, but I would also like to easily view what licenses we have consumed for a given period, as that is how I define active users. I understand we have a report I can download, but I would like it to be less manual.
