Could we implement a "switch user" feature allowing an admin to access a learner's account to assist in investigating any challenges raised by the learner?

    Thank you for the suggestion @Innocent Nwasolu We have been thinking about impersonating user capability which would let admin impersonate a user and go through the platform. We will consider this for future enhancement
