Percipio Playlists User Experience Inconsistencies
I discovered some things today about Percipio Playlists that I felt could use some improvement from the user experience perspective that I thought you may be interested in:
- Once a user creates a Playlist, then adds a Channel, if they exit the playlist page then go back to their playlist later, I don’t see any option for them to Browse Learning from that point again. While I know there are multiple options for adding to a Playlist, since the user selected this a Browse Learning button the first time they created the Playlist, it would be intuitive that the user would expect to find the same button there again.
- If a user wants to share a playlist, the steps to do that differ depending on how the user navigated to the Playlists page. Having two different experiences is confusing.
- If they navigate from the Home page, the user must hover over the Playlist tile to see the Share option
- If they navigate from the My Learning, the user must select the 3-dot menu to see the Share option
Hope you find this feedback helpful!! 😊

Hi @Sheila D at Ally Thanks for calling these out. We will look into aligning the experiences in the future.
