Hi, To prep for ITIL 4 certification, an employee purchased an ITIL voucher. The 9 courses were taken on learn.percipio.com. He wants to transfer these credits to his account on our company Percipio site. The Skillsoft rep states that there is no option to transfer courses from one Percipio account to another. Please make that possible so he can have all his course history in one account. Thank you. https://www.skillsoft.com/ITIL-voucher-offering

    Hi @Mary C - The best option we have today would be to add the courses as "External Learning" which is accessed on the My Activity page. My Learning > My Activity > External Learning. This will allow them to at least be included in the company's Percipio site. But I 100% understand the need called out here. Thanks for sharing.
