Non HR - Hiring Managers Courses

Hello,

I would like you to suggest us some courses/journeys on managers who are involved in the interview process along (or not) with hr dpt in order to hire someone. These courses should not be related to HR at all, but should be exclusively for managers of other departments who have a recruitment need and are involved in the interview process (alone or with hr). In particular we would like to have artificial questions, tips, dos and donts and so on.
