Add Aspirational Role Content Strip on Home Page

If a user has an aspirational role selected, there should be a content strip on the home page for that aspirational role. Currently only the "current role" shows up.

    Thanks for the suggestion @Sarah Blanchard We are planning to focus on the homepage in 2025, and will consider including an aspirational role strip.
