Supervisor Name Column on Compliance Reports

Hello,

When we pull the compliance reporting. It pulls only supervisor email. It doesn't pull supervisor name. Please add a column with the supervisor's name as well as it will be more efficient to get supervisor's information from reporting standpoint.

    Hi Asma,

    Having the supervisor name displayed in a report would definitely make it easier to pull certain information from a report! By default, our system only associates a supervisor's email address with a Learner's records. Have you added "Supervisor Name" as an attribute? If so, you may able to get the report output you're looking for.

    Some reports allow you to include attribute fields by checking "With Demographics" when defining the report parameters. If Supervisor Name is one you've added, you could include it in a report this way, but it isn't available on every type of report. For example, you could run a Group Training Status report, check "With Demographics", change the output type to CSV, and then apply any additional filters that you need.

    If that doesn't work for you, can you please let me know the specific reports you're trying to run?
