We are thrilled to share the latest updates to enhance your organization’s coaching experience. In response to your thoughtful feedback, we have introduced several new Learner and Administrator tools to benefit your organization. Here’s a glimpse of what’s new and coming soon.
SKILLSOFT COACHING ENHANCEMENTS:
SELF-SERVICE COMPANY SETTINGS — TARGETED FOR NOVEMBER
The release will allow you to manage your company account directly in the Enterprise Dashboard, offering the flexibility to update and review company documents, add your welcome video, message, and logo, and adjust your AI settings.
ENHANCED ASSESSMENT REPORTS — TARGETED FOR NOVEMBER
We've upgraded our assessment reporting to provide clearer insights and better data visualization. Both initial and remeasurement assessments and engagement surveys will feature options to filter by the assessment or survey. In addition, we will expose the number of responses by category and trends on how they answered. On hover of each row you will be able to see additional data.
Checkout the export, you will have two options. One export will be providing you with each individual response and another will provide you the averages by category for each assessment and skill. Be sure to also update learner launch dates and groups if you've used the same assessment year of year to see how the data changes!

NEWLY LAUNCHED ENHANCEMENTS — AVAILABLE NOW
- Notifications UI Update – Learner platform notifications now include their history.
- New Notification – Learners will receive an alert one week before their manager gets a survey to provide feedback.
- Persistent Platform Access – Learners may now access the coaching platform even after their engagement ends (Please note: If using SSO or Skillsoft Percipio, those will need to remain active for learners to continue to sign in.)
- In-Platform Three-Way Manager Sessions: Learners can seamlessly schedule three-way manager calls directly from the scheduling page.
- Session Reports – Track and manage your learners' progress with new reports in your Enterprise Dashboard. View all scheduled and completed sessions.
- License Balance Reports – Monitor usage by checking available licenses in the reports tab.
- Increased Learner Visibility – The learner bio now contains additional data, including more details on 360° feedback status, coaching goals, and session ratings.
- Learner License Details – Access contract details within the Needs Attention table
- Filter the Enterprise Dashboard – Sort and view data by learner launch dates.
- Customize Welcome Videos and Messages – Create personalized content to inspire and motivate your learners and set expectations.
